“Their prep machines were amazing. They ground off everything and got the concrete ready right. Two Iowa winters later, the floor still looks brand new. Worth every penny.”

“Two other places quoted me. One said $2,900. One said $7,800. Neither could explain why. These guys walked me through both chemistries. They quoted $5,600. No surprises. That’s the floor I got.”

“My old epoxy floor failed at 22 months. I texted them a photo. They told me what failed. The new polyaspartic floor has been perfect for 9 months. Fair price.”

From the first call to the day you walk on your new floor. Here’s what working with us looks like.

    1

    Tell us about your floor

Call us or fill out the quote form. We’ll ask about your garage. How big is it? What does the slab look like? When do you need it done? These details drive the price.

    2

    Free quote in 48 hours

The owner comes to your house. He measures. He checks your slab. He runs a moisture test if you need one. You get a written quote in your email within 48 hours.

    3

    Diamond grind, then install

Day 1: we grind your slab clean. We fix any cracks. We prep the surface. Day 2: we install your coating. We take photos the whole time. You get them in your job file.

    4

Walk on it in 24 hours

We walk the finished floor with you. You get a written warranty. The price you pay is the price we quoted. Never more.

    Why us

    What makes us different.

    Diamond grinding on every job

Some crews use acid to clean your slab. It’s faster and cheaper for them. It’s the number one reason cheap epoxy peels. We grind every floor. Always.

    Moisture test on every slab

We test every basement and ground-level floor before we quote. One in four fails the test. We tell you before you pay. Not after your new floor bubbles up.

    Family-owned and Iowa-licensed

We’re not a franchise. We don’t sell leads. The owner does every quote himself. The same crew that quotes your floor is the crew that installs it.

    Photos of every job

We photograph every install. With your permission, we put it in our gallery. We name the neighborhood. We list the product. See recent jobs →

    Pricing & quotes

    Are quotes free?

Yes. We come to your house. We measure. We give you a written quote within 48 hours. The owner does every quote himself. No charge. No pressure. For failed floors, text us a photo. We’ll diagnose it free.

    Do you offer financing?

Yes. Through a third-party partner. 0% APR for 12 to 18 months if you qualify. The application takes about 5 minutes online. It’s a soft credit check.

    Do you need a deposit?

Yes. $500 holds your install date. It goes toward your final bill. You get it back if we cancel. You also get it back if a moisture test finds a problem we can’t fix. You don’t get it back if you cancel within 7 days of the install.

Are there extra charges for prep or crack repair?

No. Prep work and crack repair are in the quoted price. Not extra. The only add-on is moisture mitigation if your basement fails the test. That runs $800 to $1,500. We tell you before you sign.

    Process & timing

How long does the install take?

Two days for a regular garage. Day 1 we grind, repair cracks, and test for moisture. Day 2 we install the coating, take photos, and walk it with you. You can walk on the floor in 24 hours. You can park on it in 72.

When is install season in Iowa?

Polyaspartic: March through November. Epoxy: May through October. The slab needs to be above 55°F for epoxy. We don’t install in December, January, or February. We’d have to heat your garage to get it warm enough. That costs you money and the install can still fail.

Can I watch the prep work?

Yes. We want you to. The grinder is loud and dusty. But the people who watch the prep become our best customers. When you see it done right, you understand why it matters.

    Chemistry & product

Epoxy or polyaspartic. Which one do I need?

Polyaspartic if you park a car in your garage every day. Or if the sun hits the floor. Or if you bring in salty winter tires. The extra $1,500 buys 8 to 12 more years. No hot tire pickup. No yellowing. Epoxy is fine if your garage is just for storage. See polyaspartic detail →

What brand of polyaspartic do you use?

Penntek or Versatile. Both are top-quality 100% solids polyaspartic. We pick based on color and slab condition. We write the brand on your quote so you know what you’re getting.

How long does a polyaspartic floor last?

15 to 20 years. That’s on a clean slab with regular use. We warranty it for 15 years. The product itself lasts longer than the warranty if we install it right.

    Trust & credentials

    What does your warranty cover?

We name every failure mode in writing. Peeling for 15 years. Hot tire pickup for 10 years. Yellowing for 10 years. Cracks coming through for 5 years. The warranty transfers if you sell your house.

Will the same crew that quotes me also install my floor?

Yes. We’re a small family business. One owner. Two crews. The owner does every quote. The same crew that walks your slab installs your floor. No subcontractors. No sales rep handoff.

Why is your Google rating so high?

4.9 stars from 47 reviews. We have one 3-star review from 2024. We left it up. It taught us to check crack repair twice on older slabs. We changed our process because of it. We don’t buy reviews. We don’t hide bad ones. Read all reviews →
